Hi, I’m Grayson Myers, the founder of NextPhase Web & Ads.
My journey began with a simple passion: helping small businesses make a big impact online. I started building websites as a side project, driven by the excitement of bringing someone’s vision to life on the screen. Over time, I realized that many local businesses were missing out on opportunities simply because they didn’t have the right tools or strategy for today’s digital world.
What started as a hobby quickly became a calling. I saw how the right website and advertising plan could completely transform a business — bringing in more customers, increasing revenue, and giving owners the freedom to focus on what they do best.
With that vision, I launched NextPhase Web & Ads to help business owners take the next step in their growth journey. Today, my team and I work closely with clients to create custom solutions that deliver real results, whether that’s a brand-new website, a targeted ad campaign, or ongoing management to keep everything running smoothly.

Hi, I’m Darcy Dordoy, partner at NextPhase Web & Ads.
I’m originally from England but have called Florida, then Georgia home for the past nine years. During that time, I’ve been pursuing my degree in Software Engineering at Georgia Southern University while continuing a passion I’ve had for as long as I can remember — coding and building websites. What started as a personal interest quickly grew into a skillset I knew could help others.
When I met Grayson and learned about his vision for NextPhase, I knew right away I wanted to be part of it. Partnering with him gave me the chance to combine my background in software development with a bigger mission: helping local businesses grow and succeed online.
At NextPhase Web & Ads, I focus on creating solutions that are not only functional but also tailored to each client’s needs, whether that means designing a clean, user-friendly website, improving online visibility, or building tools that make everyday operations smoother.
