The Website Transfer Process

We believe in full transparency and giving you complete ownership of your website from day one. Here’s how our process works:

  1. We Build Your Site on Our Developer Account
    Your site is built under the NextPhase developer workspace. This lets us design and develop everything before you start paying for a Squarespace plan.

  2. Final Review
    Once your website is ready, you’ll receive a private preview link. You can explore your site and request any final adjustments.

  3. Ownership Transfer
    When you approve the design, Squarespace will send you an official transfer invitation via email. Accepting it instantly moves the website to your Squarespace account.

  4. You’re in Full Control
    After transfer, the site and its billing are officially under your ownership. You’ll manage your subscription directly with Squarespace — no middleman, no hidden costs, and no “locked-in” contracts.

  5. Ongoing Management (Optional)
    If you’d prefer to have us continue handling updates, edits, and performance monitoring, you can enroll in our Website Management Plan starting at $200/month. You’ll keep full ownership — we just take care of the heavy lifting.
